Application
Use morning and evening after cleansing and applying Active Exfoliant 11% or Active Exfoliant 7%. Moisten a cotton pad with Hydrating Toner and gently sweep it over the face, neck, and décolleté. Effect: This refreshing tonic mist is used to balance the skin's pH and regenerate its protective barrier after cleansing. The purifying and clarifying formula helps accelerate cellular regeneration, lightly hydrates, and soothes the skin. For optimal facial cleansing, this tonic mist should be used at the end of the cleansing process. Hydrating Toner and QMS Deep Gentle Cleanser complement each other perfectly.
