Even at the age of 14, Dr. Brüggemann was interested not only in human aesthetics but also in her mother's anti-aging cosmetics. She analyzed the active ingredients and other substances commonly used at the time and resolved to further develop her knowledge in this field. After graduating from high school, she studied human medicine at the University of Düsseldorf. During this time, she wrote her doctoral thesis in internal medicine and completed several internships in plastic surgery both in Germany and abroad. After completing her studies, she moved to Berlin and began working as a resident physician in internal medicine, which led to her becoming a board-certified specialist in internal medicine.

In parallel, Dr. Brüggemann attended numerous workshops and specialized in the field of non-invasive aesthetic medicine.
