Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Germany
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order within Germany.
Shipping is free for orders with a value of €50.00 or more.

European Union
We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.95 per order within the EU.
Shipping is free for orders with a value of €100.00 or more.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract
(in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Please also note that delivery times may be extended during promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday) due to increased order volumes.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
