Supplementing the sessions with a daily intake of vital nutrients not only reduces fatigue but also nourishes your system to enhance cellular stimulation. Ginseng and hibiscus have invigorating properties, stimulating vitality and physical performance. Cinnamon and vitamin B12 contribute to reducing tiredness and increasing mental performance. Application
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning and before 3 p.m., to avoid potential sleep disturbances. For optimal results, it is recommended to complete this course for at least 2 consecutive months.
