How it works: The Essentials combine five essential micronutrients: Vitamin D3, K2, zinc picolinate, magnesium bisglycinate and Omega-3 – for comprehensive support of the immune system, bones, cognitive functions and metabolism.

Since all these nutrients cannot fit into a single capsule, we have developed an optimal solution: practical daily packs that ensure effective dosage – for maximum health, vitality and convenience, even on the go.
How to use: We recommend taking one sachet containing 4 capsules daily: 2 Omega-3 capsules, along with 1 capsule each of Vitamin D3, K2, and Zinc. The Magnesium capsule (the larger white capsule) can be taken either at the same time or, for a relaxing effect, in the evening.

Weitere Inhaltsstoffe:
- Siliciumdioxid als Verdickungsmittel zur Verbesserung des Flusses, des Volumens und der Stabilität von pulverförmigen Zutaten, um ein konsistentes und zuverlässiges Endprodukt zu gewährleisten
- Reismehl als Füllstoff, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kapsel vollständig gefüllt ist (aktive Inhaltsstoffe alleine füllen die Kapsel nicht komplett), wodurch eine gleichmäßige Herstellung und Dosierung unterstützt wird
