Return

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. For this reason, we have set return conditions that apply to unused cosmetic goods. Please note the following conditions:

1. Unopened packaging: cosmetic goods must be returned in their original packaging. The packaging must not be opened or damaged.
2. Unused condition: The goods must not have been used, applied or otherwise used. All products must be in their original condition.
3. Documentation of incompatibilities: If you find any intolerance to the product, please inform us. We will require appropriate documentation for the manufacturer to review the situation and arrange for a refund.
4. Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase(product intolerances excluded).
5. Bundle promotions: Bundles offered by us, can only be returned in full. If individual products from a bundle are not returned, we will recalculate the discount given and invoice this.

Please note that the return of opened or used cosmetic goods is not possible for hygienic reasons. We ask for your understanding.
