Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing and applying Active Exfoliant 11% or Active Exfoliant 7%. To do so, moisten a cotton pad with Hydrating Toner and gently sweep over the face, neck and décolleté. Effect: The refreshing Tonic Mist is used to balance the pH of the skin and regenerate its protective mantle after cleansing. The cleansing and clarifying formulation helps to accelerate cellular regeneration, lightly hydrate and soothe the skin. For optimal facial cleansing, this Tonic Mist should be used at the end of the cleansing process. Hydrating Toner and QMS Deep Gentle Cleanser complement each other perfectly.
