Why does Caviar of Switzerland contain caviar as its main ingredient?
Caviar of Switzerland recognises that caviar is very expensive and is enjoyed on special occasions accompanied by fine French champagne. At the same time, caviar is also a fundamental ingredient in cosmetology, as it has the ability to erase the signs of time on mature skin and restore the skin's natural radiance. About thirty years ago, in 1983 to be precise, cosmetology discovered the effectiveness of caviar. Mrs Erika Bauerpu researched the positive effect of caviar on skin elasticity.
Thanks to the high concentration of vitelin and the wrinkle-free appearance of Caspian fishermen, who had smooth skin despite extensive exposure to the sun, the idea was born that caviar must be beneficial to the skin. The composition was based on sturgeon eggs and also contained mussels, oysters, algae and plankton, in combination with vitamins, lipids, proteins, minerals and trace elements, which are valuable for the structure of the cells.
Real caviar comes from sturgeon, a fish that lives in Russia and parts of Asia. They lay millions of eggs in the rivers. The young fish live in fresh water for several years before migrating to the open sea. Today, around 98 of the world's caviar comes from the sturgeons that live in the Caspian Sea. The Sevruga caviar from there is one of the most expensive caviars in the world.
